15-22 Delta Ring Assembly with Barrel Nut

The purpose of this 15-22 Delta Ring Assembly with Barrel Nut is to retain any AR-15 type 2 piece hand guard so you can match the 15-22 to your standard AR. It also maintains tension to prevent the hand guard from becoming loose. Tension comes from the weld spring, which is the wavy metal piece behind the Delta ring. Then the Delta ring and weld spring are held in place by the snap ring that fits in a groove in the barrel nut.
Now you can put a MagPul hand guard on to match your M&P 15 MOE exactly.

We have no idea why S&W doesn’t do this from the factory, but we’re here to help if they ever decide to upgrade.

Delta Ring Assembly Features

• 15-22 Barrel nut – Black hard-coat anodized finish to MIL-SPEC Type III. Takes the place of the factory barrel nut. No adapter needed. This IS the adapter.

You will need;

• 2 Piece hand guard. Your choice. Any length or style. Match your AR exactly or go wild.
• Hand Guard Cap. This keeps the front of the hand guard together. Round, M-4 or Triangle
• Front sight or 15-22 specific fake gas block. This keeps the hand guard under tension against the weld spring so everything is nice and tight.
