Shipping Policy Statement

Tacticool22.com ships exclusively within the United States.
We do not offer international shipping, and no orders will be fulfilled outside of the United States of America.

Tacticool22.com complies with all state‑to‑state shipping regulations, including any restrictions related to specific products, components, or destinations. Orders are processed and shipped in accordance with all applicable federal and state laws.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are determined by the total weight of items and the shipping options you choose.

You can find the shipping cost by adding items to your cart and proceeding through the checkout process, where you will be presented with shipping costs prior to completing the order process.

Overnight and Priority Shipping

It may take up to 1 business day after we receive an order before items are shipped from our warehouse. Please take this into account when choosing overnight and express mail shipping options.

Shipping Statuses

We update your order as it travels through our system based on the following stages:

Pending payment – Order has been received but you have not completed the payment process.
Processing – Payment has been received and the order is awaiting fulfillment. All product orders require approximately 1-2 business days for processing.
Completed – Order has been fulfilled and your items have been shipped.
On-Hold – We are awaiting payment from you.
Cancelled – Order has been cancelled either by you or at your request.
Refunded – Order has been refunded.
Failed – Order has been received but the payment failed or was declined (unpaid). Note that this status may not show immediately and instead show as Pending until verified (e.g. PayPal)
