This fits only the S&W M&P 15-22.
Note: This does NOT fit the Performance Center S&W M&P15-22, which has a larger diameter fluted barrel.
The Handguard Cap for the 15-22 (Round) is absolutely necessary for your two-piece, drop-in handguard.
Now you can put that more aggressive or just better feeling hand guard on your 15-22 so you can match your regular AR. You have to have this on the end of your hand guard to keep it together at the front. It has the M-4 notch and will fit any standard 2-piece round nose hand guard
